10th anniversary☆

Hello everyone!

October 1st was Owl Village's 10th anniversary and Hachi's 6th birthday.
Many people celebrated with us on that day, and we had a happy and lively day.
We are truly, truly grateful to everyone who always warmly watches over us with great love for having successfully reached this major milestone.
I wonder if Mozuku is celebrating with us at the Rainbow Bridge Branch?

As it is our 11th year, our small owls are especially entering the latter half of their lives.
Depending on their daily health condition and the number of reservations, they may have to take more breaks or go to the hospital more often for health checks.
We would be happy if you could watch over them with us.
They are a precious family to us.
When we first opened our store, we received some harsh comments like, “Are you going to use our family as a tool of business?”
Over the past 10 years, we have tried many times to improve our environment, to strengthen the bond with our owls, and to make everyone feel at ease.
Many people now treat us like family and enjoy our store with smiles on their faces.
We are very happy to be blessed with such a large number of customers.
We are still lacking in many areas, but we will continue to put the owls first and do our best to make the shop a place where everyone can enjoy themselves.


We will also be changing our rates and extending our hours of operation by one hour from October 5 (Sat.).
We hope you will understand and accept these changes, which are intended to reduce the burden on the owls and to avoid the concentration of visitors.
