Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome when seats are available, but you may be asked to wait. Please arrive on time—late arrivals may be shortened to keep the schedule. If 10 minutes pass after your time with no contact, the booking may be treated as a cancellation. Same-day no-shows or cancellations without notice are charged 100% of the fee.
How long is the experience?
Our system is a 60-minute rotation. You’ll spend time in the owl room with staff support (approx. 15–50 minutes depending on the course), then relax in the café area. We’ll let you know about five minutes before the next group arrives.
Can I touch or hold the owls?
With staff support, some owls can perch on your arm. Please follow instructions at all times and touch gently with the back of your hand. Do not grab, pull feathers, or put fingers near the beak. For safety, remove dangling jewelry and secure loose clothing.
Can I take photos or videos?
Yes—please turn off the flash. Selfie sticks and tripods are not allowed inside the owl room. Our staff will be happy to help take a photo for you.
Is owl feeding available?
Feeding is offered only at set times and may be limited for animal welfare. Please ask staff on the day; availability is not guaranteed.
Are children allowed?
Ages 13 and over: May interact with the owls if calm, gentle, and following staff instructions.
Ages 8–12: Interaction is allowed only with an accompanying adult present and under staff guidance.
Ages 7 and under: Interaction is possible only if the child is being held by an accompanying adult and under close staff supervision — please consult our staff first.
Important: For the owls’ welfare, we may pause or decline interactions regardless of age if a guest is crying, shouting, upset, or unable to remain calm. Thank you for your understanding.

I have animal allergies—can I visit?
There may be bird dander (feather dust) in the owl room. If you have animal—especially bird—allergies, please decide carefully whether to visit. If you begin to feel unwell, please notify staff immediately; we can call an ambulance, but we cannot accept liability or provide compensation.
What drink or food is included? Do you serve alcohol?
One drink is included in the “touching course.” We do serve alcohol, but for safety and animal welfare, guests who are visibly intoxicated cannot enter the owl room or handle owls. We may refuse alcohol service or participation if a guest appears impaired. Outside food and drink are not permitted; please do not bring your own alcohol.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and Japanese yen (cash). Contactless payments are available for many cards and wallets.
How do I get there?
We are about a 2-minute walk from Harajuku Station (Takeshita Exit). Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in smoothly.
What languages do you support?
Staff support is available in English and Japanese. For other languages, we can use translation AI/apps to assist and will do our best to explain. Please note that accuracy may vary; showing key details on your phone (name, booking time, questions) helps us support you quickly.
Are there any rules I should know before visiting?
For everyone’s safety and comfort: no smoking, running, or loud voices; follow staff instructions; use hand sanitizer before entering; strong perfumes are discouraged. Please read our House Rules before your visit
