Come to the reception. If you booked, we guide you in right away; if we have space, walk-ins are welcome.

Step1
​ Arrive & Check In

Arrive & Check In — We’ll guide you right away; walk-ins are welcome if space is available.

・Visits run on a 60-minute rotation
　 in the owl room.

・Time in the café area is not limited
　unless the shop is crowded.

・You’re welcome to use the café for drinks only
　as well.

・With a reservation, please check in at
　your time slot and enter right away.

・Walk-ins are welcome when seats are available.
・Please relax and enjoy your visit.

・You can also make a same-day or next-day
　reservation at reception, but we recommend
　booking online in advance.

​ Safety Briefing & House Rules​

Safety Briefing & House Rules — Staff explains how to enjoy owls safely (one drink included).

・The café area and the owl room
　are separate zones.

・We’ll guide you to the café first;
　one drink is included in your course.

・Before entering the owl room,
    please read our Rules & Policies.

・Staff will introduce each owl and
    show you how to touch and hold safely.

・Please follow staff directions at
　all times to keep the owls comfortable.

Step3
​ Owl Time

Owl Time — Meet the owls with staff support. Photos welcome; some owls can perch on your arm.

・Photos are welcome — please turn off the flash.
　We’re happy to help take your picture.

・With staff support, some owls can perch on
​    your arm.
    You may gently touch or pat them.

・If you’d like an owl on your arm,
    please ask our staff. We’ll choose a calm owl
    and guide you.
​
・Owl feeding is available at set times 
     please ask our staff for today’s schedule.

・For everyone’s safety, please follow staff
​　instructions at all times.

Step4
​ Café Time

Café Time — Relax with your drink and browse souvenirs; we’ll call about 5 minutes before the next group.

・After your owl time, you’ll receive
　a little souvenir from us.
​
・Please enjoy your drink and relax
　until your session ends.

・We’ll notify you about 5 minutes before
　the next group arrives.

・Your total visit is about 60 minutes,
​    including the café time.

・Sessions run on a 60-minute rotation
　 please prepare to leave
​　when your time is called.

Other Information
(Please Read)

・Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session
　may be shortened so we can keep
　the schedule on time.
　Thank you for your understanding.

・Children: Guests 12 years and under
　must be accompanied by an adult
　 at all times (see House Rules).

・Allergies: There may be animal dander
　in the owl room. If you have animal　
　especially bird—allergies, please decide
　carefully whether to visit. If you feel unwell,
　staff will call an ambulance; however,
　we are not able to accept liability
　or provide compensation.

・Payment: We accept major credit cards
​　and Japanese yen (cash).

・Access: 2 minutes on foot from
　Harajuku Station (Takeshita Exit).

・Accessibility: There are a few steps
　in front of the elevator.
　 If you cannot use stairs, entry to
　our shop may be difficult.

・Languages: English and Japanese only.

・Reservations & cancellations:
　If 10 minutes have passed after
　your reservation time without any contact
　from you,
　your booking may be treated as 　
　a cancellation.

Please contact us no later than the day
before if you need to change or
cancel your booking.
​Same-day no-shows or
cancellations without
notice will be charged
​100% of the booking fee.
