Our shop is run by a replacement system of 60 minutes.
However, the time in the cafe space is unlimited unless it is crowded.
Also, you can use our cafe for only drinks.

If you have a reservation, you can immediately enter our store.
​ If we have empty seats , We can guide you without a reservation.

​This store will be exchanged for 60 minutes . Please relax and enjoy yourself.

★It is possible to reserve your seats on later time or after tomorrow at our reception. But we recommend you to reserve your seats through our web page before your visit. (You can start reserring your seats  one month in advance through our web site.)

We are separating our shop to café space and owl’s room.
​We will guide you to cafe space , and  service drink is included in our "Fee for touching course" in our shop.

Before entering the owl's room ,

You can take a picture with owls without fulash.
You can hold some owls on your arm, touch them, pat them, etc.
If you want to put an owl in your  arm , please tell our staff.

After enjoying with owls, we will give you a souvenir as our gift.
You can enjoy your drink and relax untill the end .

＜Promise of the Owl＞

Owls with attention signs such as "Do not touch" and "During break" are still being trained or resting, so please do not touch them and just watch them. Even if you do shoot it is okay.

It may become panic and to stimulate the owl in a loud voice and quick movement. When stroking the owl, from showing the palm of the hand to the owl, please give gently stroked his head. And, because the owl would be surprised, mobile phones and electronic devices will be asked to set to silent mode.

Our store is on health management, we have divided the food and beverage space and Owl space. Please do not bring in food and drink to the owl space.

Please tell us to staff when you want to put into the hands of the owl. Please be careful not to put in the bare hands of the owl. We offer a dedicated gloves. In addition, although when you are put in the hands of the owl staff has been attached to the side, please be careful so as not to close a small species to absolutely large species. Small owl is a predator interest to large species. It is not helpful and would have been gripped by the powerful claws of birds of prey, please do not get close each other.

It is free to take a photo. However, because there is a risk that the owl loses vision, use of flash and auxiliary light is strictly prohibited. please turn off the flash function. In addition, the camera before taking pictures of the owl to take test shots toward the floor, please confirm that the flash is turned off. Also, shooting equipment such as selfie stick may stimulate owls, so please do not use them.

Toilet there is some fixed location, but you can not basically control. Please come to the store with clothes and the shoes which can become dirty, because you may become dirty. In our shop we offer cape slippers. When you wish, please say to us.

・Those who are drunk, we refuse to enter the store. ・To visit us before, who has been in contact with wild birds does not offer any shop. ・If you have a cold (especially cough), please wear the mask. ・Preschool children is available only cafe space. Not available come to the owl space. ・Customers of elementary school and junior high school students, please come to the store by a protector companion.

Q1.What can I do in the shop ? Can I touch the owl ？　☞CLICK

​You can play and touch real owls in the store.You can also select and hold an owl on your arm you wish, so please ask our staff. You can also take pictures freely. (Please refrain from using flash.) As an option,you can experience the feeding owls.  Owl space and cafe space are divided , so you can relax slowly.

When touching an owl, there are thing to be paid attention to. Please read a page of "RULES AND POLICIES".  Our staff always stay with you in owl space, so don't worry.

Q4.​Can't a seat for the day be reserved?　☞CLICK

Reserving a seat for the day is accepted only at our shop.
Even if you don't have your reservation you can enter if there are any seats left so please come to the store directly.

Q5.When you'd like to change  the date and time, how should it be done?　☞CLICK

If you need to change your reservation, please e-mail us by the day before your reserved date.​

Q6.I don't receive any confirmation from us.　☞CLICK

Once reservation is made, you will receive confirmation automatically.
In case you don't receive any E-mail from us, please check your default of mail-setting.​

Q7.How old child can visit?　☞CLICK

Children are also welcome.
In that case, the child must follow the "Rules for Touching Owls" and be accompanied by one or more adults.
The usage fee is the same for children and adults.

Q8.Something has been left at the store.　☞CLICK

Thing left behind is kept for about 1 month.
Please make a contact to a mail address of the store where you have crossed the feature which
leaves something and the phone number of the customer.
​The one which has passed and food kinds will dispose of 1 month this daytime after safekeeping.

Q9.​Is it put in a store by a wheelchair?　☞CLICK

Kichijoji store climbs a perron, and is on the 2nd floor. Walkup.
There is an elevator in the 4th floor of building in Harajuku store,
but there are 5 steps of stairs at the entrance of the building.
The two stores retire from a wheelchair, and when we're a person of an assistance and
​the person who can climb the stairs, it's possible to use in the store.
