At his previous home (the restaurant), Towl had his own room, which stayed a cool 18°C ​​year-round.
He was very well-loved, but
since coming to our restaurant, it's been a bit hot in the summer...
We sometimes turn on the heater in the winter for our customers,
and as a result of him adapting to the changing environment,
he's been shedding a lot of feathers during molting in the winter.

Owls are truly adaptable to changing environments.
Here, we keep him cool with air conditioning, an ice pool, and bathing,
but he can cool himself off too.
