Kagami-biraki & Seven Herbs Porridge Day

Yesterday was the day of Kagami-biraki and Nanakusa porridge!
I've been overeating since New Year's and my weight is... I'm in a pinch.
I'm wondering if I should go on a diet with Hachitaro, lol.
I ate rice porridge with seven herbs yesterday, so my stomach and intestines should be rested and energized.
I hope the fat will be burned off as well, lol.

Of course, owls are carnivores, so they can't eat porridge.
In the natural world, they sometimes eat nuts and berries to supplement their nutrition.
However, owls have a carnivorous digestive system, so it is unclear how much of what they eat is absorbed....

My owls use supplements to get the nutrients they tend to lack.
